I wish I had taken a longer lens with me this morning. I think the moon would of been more striking. Still not a bad image using the Nikon 35mm f1.8 prime I have.
Autumn is here, but it feels more like late Summer. The first fruits are appearing and there are a few leaves turning. Some reds here and there. Hopefully we get more colour … but for that we need cooler weather. I will keep posting as the season progresses.
Lismore in Ireland, there is a beautiful castle nearby. This was taken while we lived in Cork in 2010 and 2011. We had a lovely time, even though the weather was pretty horrible most of the time! This was on once of those rare, slightly sunny days. Usually the locals all melted into little puddles when the temperature got above 22 degrees Celsius.
This is the River Fechlin in Scotland. It was an amazing scene, I just wish the sun was shining, but as it is quite far north, I may of been there for a while!
I took this photo in Fotheringhay not long after the sun set. I had a great time running onto an old narrow bridge, taking the photo and running off for on coming speeding traffic.
