Here once stood a mighty Norman castle. On this hill Richard III was born and Mary Queen of Scots was executed.
Autumn is here and so are the crisp, misty mornings.
Lismore in Ireland, there is a beautiful castle nearby. This was taken while we lived in Cork in 2010 and 2011. We had a lovely time, even though the weather was pretty horrible most of the time! This was on once of those rare, slightly sunny days. Usually the locals all melted into little puddles when the temperature got above 22 degrees Celsius.
This is at Lands End in Cornwall. The flowers in August are absolutely stunning in this area. There are lots of photo opportunities here, but also a lot of tourists, so waiting for a “clean” shot took a while.

This is the River Fechlin in Scotland. It was an amazing scene, I just wish the sun was shining, but as it is quite far north, I may of been there for a while!
I took this photo in Fotheringhay not long after the sun set. I had a great time running onto an old narrow bridge, taking the photo and running off for on coming speeding traffic.
